Welcome to Satta Akbar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and Satta Akbar ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Satta Akbar website and mobile application, including all sports betting, casino, slots and live gaming products available on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of Satta Akbar, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not register or continue using the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, we will notify you through your account inbox or via the live chat system. Continued use of Satta Akbar following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

To register and maintain an account on Satta Akbar, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. We take this seriously — underage gambling is never acceptable and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with funds returned after verification.
• You must be registering for your own personal use. Corporate accounts and accounts on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your real name, date of birth, contact number and a valid PKR payment method.
• You may only hold one registered account on Satta Akbar. Multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — are prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Satta Akbar or banned from the platform for any reason.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is primarily to protect your account and ensure the security of PKR transactions. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary account restrictions.

Satta Akbar accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All supported deposit methods are listed on the Deposit page. Current methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

Deposits made through JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited to your Satta Akbar balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. We do not charge any additional fees on deposits — however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently , which are outside our control.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not accepted and will be returned. This policy exists to protect all players and maintain the integrity of transactions on the platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made under active bonus promotions may be subject to wagering requirements — always check the relevant bonus terms before depositing.
• Satta Akbar does not store your full card or mobile wallet credentials. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

• Standard accounts — withdrawals are processed within normal business processing times.
• Gold VIP members — priority queue access with faster processing.
• Platinum VIP members — same-day withdrawal processing.
• Diamond VIP members — instant withdrawal processing.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This is a one-time process and is required to confirm that the withdrawal destination matches your registered identity. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without repeating full verification unless your payment method changes.

Withdrawal requests linked to an active bonus may be subject to wagering completion requirements before they can be processed. If you wish to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited — only your own deposited balance will be returned.

Satta Akbar runs a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free spins, PSL enhanced odds vouchers and VIP-exclusive promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are always displayed alongside the offer itself.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another account.
• Satta Akbar reserves the right to reclaim a bonus if it was awarded in error or claimed through a method that violates these Terms.
• Where a maximum cashout limit applies to a bonus, it will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Winnings above the cap will not be withdrawable.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and account closure.

Sports betting on Satta Akbar covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches), football, esports and other major international sports. The following rules apply across all sports markets unless specific sport rules state otherwise.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Satta Akbar. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed on the basis of inside information.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of placing your bet.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, abandoned or if a market is settled in error. For cricket matches affected by rain or other interruptions, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result stands where applicable.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are placed at the odds shown at the time of acceptance. Odds can change rapidly during live events — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Disputes: If you believe a market has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with details of the dispute. We will review and respond promptly.

For PSL and major international cricket fixtures, enhanced odds and special markets may be available to eligible VIP members. These are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

The slots and live casino section of Satta Akbar features titles from leading third-party game providers. Games are provided under licences held by those providers and operate using certified random number generators (RNG) for slots and real-time dealer streams for live casino products.

By using the casino and slots section, you accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems or live dealer results and cannot be influenced by the platform or by the player outside of the game mechanics.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are provided by game developers and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns per session.
• Technical malfunctions void all game rounds affected. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed server state.
• You are responsible for your own decisions while playing. Satta Akbar does not guarantee winnings or outcomes in any game.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Satta Akbar account. This means keeping your password private, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out from shared or public devices after each session.

• Satta Akbar staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If someone contacts you claiming to be Satta Akbar support and requests your password, do not share it and report the contact to us immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account freeze while we review.
• You must not attempt to access the accounts of other players, use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities.
• Any attempt to defraud the platform — including chargeback abuse, bonus abuse, or collusion — will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders during gaming sessions showing your session duration and net balance movement.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) while keeping your account open.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from Satta Akbar. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from any platform content without our written permission.

The Satta Akbar name, logo and all associated branding are proprietary marks. You may not use them in any manner that could suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by Satta Akbar without explicit written authorisation.

Satta Akbar provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• We are not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on your end, or third-party payment gateway delays outside our control.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your decision to place bets or play casino games. All gaming activity is undertaken at your own risk.
• Our total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your Satta Akbar account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used in breach of these Terms — including bonus abuse, multiple account creation, use of automated betting software, or fraudulent activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit transaction without a legitimate basis.
• We are required to do so by law, court order or regulatory instruction.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Satta Akbar shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first — the majority of issues are resolved quickly through our live chat or email support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with our support team, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge all escalated complaints within 3 business days and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.
